As of October 28, 2022, we are increasing the prices of our licenses to continue offering you new versions with new features of Royal TS, Royal TSX and Royal Server.

Why are we making these changes?

Our license fees have always been very competitive compared to similar products on the market, and we are always aiming at offering the lowest price possible for individual users. In fact, we haven’t adjusted our individual user license fees for years. However, the past few years have been rough owing to the currently high inflation caused by the pandemic and the geopolitical situation.

As a result, development and operational costs have been increasing. To keep our products alive, provide high quality support, and deliver new exciting features in the future, we need to adjust prices accordingly.

What does this mean for our customers?

• Customers who created a quote before October 28, 2022, will not be affected by the price changes; former prices apply.
• For new customers, the new pricing will be effective starting October 28, 2022.
• For existing customers who purchase a maintenance extension, a 50% discount will be applied to the new prices as of October 28, 2022.

We understand that the current economic situation is challenging for everyone. This adjustment helps us in the long term to continue delivering the best service possible. Of course, we will still provide free NFR licenses to community leaders, as well as discounts for educational and non-profit purposes.
